ASUS Intros Radeon RX 7900 GRE TUF White, RX 7800 XT & RX 7700 XT Dual Custom “RDNA 3” GPUs

ASUS has a range of new Radeon RX 7000 custom GPUs released including the RX 7900 GRE TUF White & TUF variants for RX 7800 XT & 7700 XT.

ASUS’s White Radeon RX 7900 GRE TUF Gaming Graphics Card Hits Chinese Retail Shelves, RX 7800 XT & RX 7700 XT Dual Designs For Global Markets

The ASUS Radeon RX 7900 GRE TUF Gaming White graphics card was unveiled back in October & is designed to offer a choice to users who are making white-themed PC builds. The card is available in the Black/Grey variant which is the standard TUF Gaming color scheme. The new card follows the ASUS Radeon RX 7700 XT & RX 7800 XT TUF Gaming series, both of which also come in white flavors.

Only the color palette is changed so the rest of the design for the ASUS Radeon RX 7900 GRE TUF Gaming White is entirely the same, measuring 319.9×150.9×59.2 in a 2.96 slot design and rocking dual 8-pin connectors. The great thing about this card is that it comes at the same price as the AMD MSRP of 5299 RMB for China which converts to $747 US.

This is around the same price one can find a 20 GB RX 7900 XT in global markets but Chinese GPUs include taxes and the prices of 7900 XT GPUs are much higher than the GRE models so it’s a good choice for users who are unwilling to spend higher on the 7900 XT graphics card. In terms of specs, you are getting the AMD Navi 31 XL GPU with 5120 cores and a 16 GB GDDR6 memory capacity at 18 Gbps. The card has a rated TDP of 260W.

ASUS Radeon RX 7800 XT & 7700 XT Dual Graphics Cards, RDNA 3 In Compact Designs

Besides the RX 7900 GRE TUF Gaming White, ASUS is also introducing two new variants of the AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT & RX 7700 XT GPUs. These two cards are part of the DUAL series and make for a compact design compared to what we got on the TUF Gaming models.

ASUS currently only offers both Navi 32 GPUs in TUF Gaming White/Black flavors which measure 319.8 x 150.9 x 59.2 mm but the Dual variants measure 279.9 x 133.9 x 49.3 mm. The ASUS Dual graphics cards also require just 2.47 slots of space versus the 2.96 slots of space required by the TUF Gaming models. This makes the ASUS Dual lineup great for smaller PC cases.

The ASUS Radeon RX 7800 XT & RX 7700 XT Dual GPUs feature a dual-fan cooling solution and come with a backplate that extends beyond the PCB. You are getting four display outputs that include 1 HDMI 2.1 and three DP 2.1 ports. Both cards are powered by a dual 8-pin connector interface. Clock speeds also see a nice boost since both of these are factory overclock designs operating at 2239 MHz (Game) / 2599 MHz (Boost) for the 7700 XT & 2254 MHz (Game) / 2565 MHz (Boost) for the 7800 XT model.

Pricing for both cards has not been detailed yet but we can expect more information in the coming months as these cards hit retail shelves.
