GALAX Unveils Custom GeForce RTX 4090 20th Anniversary Graphics Card With Triple-Fan Top-Down Cooler

GALAX has just unveiled its brand new GeForce RTX 4090 20th Anniversary edition graphics card which is the first custom design to feature a top-down cooler.

GALAX GeForce RTX 4090 20th Anniversary Edition Custom Graphics Card Features A Top-Down Cooler

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Founders Edition graphics cards are known for their top-down cooling mechanism which includes a fan on the top that pulls air inside the heatsink and a bottom fan that helps push hot air out. This solution works really well as the Founders Edition design delivers some outstanding cooling capabilities and it looks like GALAX is the first AIB to follow this approach on its brand-new custom design.

Celebrating its 20th Anniversary, GALAX has unveiled its GeForce RTX 4090 20th Anniversary Edition graphics card which features a massive quad-slot cooler with a triple-fan configuration. The front of the card features two fans while the third fan is featured underneath the card and pushes air out of the exhaust vents that are located where you would usually find the third and last fan on a triple fan design. The card is obviously a gargantuan, measuring a 344m length with a 60mm thickness.

The whole card also comes fully encased within a beautiful white colored shroud which has silver brushed metallic surfaces on the back and an RGB-lit front side which looks great. It comes with a white PCB too which is something that GALAX is well known for. Furthermore, GALAX has followed the recent trends to hide the 16-pin cable connector underneath a removable plate on the back to make cable management easier. As for the specs, you are getting a 516W BIOS limit and up to 2595 MHz boost clocks on the GALAX GeForce RTX 4090 20th Anniversary graphics card.

In addition to the amazing new graphics card, the company also has a brand new DDR5 DRAM with a white PCB design and up to DDR5-7200 MT/s / CL36 specs and HOF/Boomstar series PCIe Gen 5/4 SSDs. The GALAX HOF Gen5 20th Anniversary Edition comes in an active-cooled design with a shiny silver heatsink. The HOP Extreme 20th Anniversary SSD is rated at up to 12.4 GB/s speeds while the Boomstar 20th Anniversary SSD is rated at up to 7000 MB/s.

Expect these products to be limited in nature and cost a hefty premium when they hit availability on the 11th of November which should mostly be within the Asia Pacific market.
